FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ecologically clean energy, in particular to concentrating solar device. Concentrating solar device comprises two light-receiving devices (110, 120). First light-receiving device (110) has a substantially horizontal first light-receiving surface (111). Second light receiving device (120) has second light-receiving surface (121), which is substantially vertical relative to first light-receiving surface (111). First light-receiving device (110) is a device for using light energy. Second light-receiving device (120) is a transmissive Fresnel astigmatic lens or a Fresnel reflective astigmatic lens, wherein the second light receiving element is at least partially located in the central area of the first light-receiving surface. Due to the relative location of the second light-receiving device (120) and the first light-receiving device (110), the sunlight illuminates the first light-receiving surface (111) after passing through the second light-receiving surface (121).

EFFECT: by providing a substantially vertical Fresnel lens on the light path in front of the solar energy utilization device, said device can adapt to deviation of the Sun by a relatively large angle without active Sun tracking.
