FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of sack paper. Method of obtaining white sack paper having a surface density of 50 to 140 g/m2 and Gurley porosity (ISO 5636/5) from 2 to 10 s, includes the following steps: a) providing bleached pulp; b) refining the pulp; c) adding cationic starch; d) adding a sizing agent; and e) forming sack paper from pulp. Refining is carried out at a high consistency (HC) and, optionally, at a low consistency (LC) to such an extent that the sack paper acquires said Gurley porosity. Cationic starch is added in an amount of 1.5 to 5.0 kg per ton of paper, and the sizing agent in an amount of 0.4 to 1.9 kg per ton of paper. Less than 2 kg of anionic starch per ton of paper is added to the pulp.
EFFECT: obtaining sack paper which, after coating, folding into a sack, filling with contents, added to a cement mixer with contents and water, dissolves in the cement mixer to such an extent that the desired properties of the product do not deteriorate significantly.
