FIELD: pulp industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high stretch bag paper. Surface density of the sack paper according to ISO 536 ranges from 50 to 140 g/m2. Gurley air permeability according to ISO 5636-5 is 15 s or less. Machine stretchability according to ISO 1924-3 exceeds 10%. Method for production of sack paper includes drying paper web in drying section containing Clupack device and drying group, located downstream of Clupack device. Moisture content of the paper web fed into the Clupack device ranges from 30 to 40 %. Linear load of the clamping bead in the Clupack device is at least 20 kN/m. Speed of the paper web in the drying group located downstream relative to the Clupack device is 8–14 % lower than the speed of the paper web fed into the Clupack device.
EFFECT: higher elongation at sufficient strength and porosity of the bag paper.
