FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fortification construction of excavated special fortifications of frame type and can be used in the design of protected command and control centers for assessing their protection against the effects of an air shock wave and a compression wave of a nuclear explosion. Method of building a protected command and control center is that an underground structure of a pit type is formed consisting of a foundation slab and walls, spatial armor metal blocks are included in the construction of the base plate and walls of the underground structure, connect spatial arm metal blocks with metal elements of temporary fixing of the excavation using welds, spatial armor blocks are connected with each other with the help of welds, reinforce the base plate of the underground structure with interconnected spatial arm metal blocks, concrete the base plate of the underground structure with a cast concrete mix. In the underground construction of the pit type form a special fortification frame type. Malleable energy-absorbing layer of foam concrete is formed in the same level in the horizontal plane in the area under the base plate of the foundation pit of a special type fortification, organized deformation of the main protective structures of the pit special frame-type fortification is provided, the deformation of the main protective structures is controlled under the base plate of the pit-type special fortification frame of the frame type.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of increasing the security of the command post control as a pit of special fortification structure of the frame type, due to the formation of an energy absorbing layer under the foundation slab by using foam concrete with desired physical and mechanical properties.
