FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and is intended for construction of buried (underground) structures for various purposes, including fortification, namely to military camps and other military infrastructure facilities. Method of block-modular construction of structures in trenches consists in the fact that block-modules are made in factory conditions by flow technology, with saturation of equipment and devices. Block-modules are then delivered to the construction site and installed in the design position on the pre-prepared base in one or more tiers depending on the height of the structure using lifting facilities. Block modules are reliably fixed to each other and sealed by mating parts by means of fast-connected flange and other devices and communication slots. After excavation of trench over the area of trench pile field is created and concreting of trench bottom is made in form of monolithic foundation plate. Several block-modules, but not less than two, are placed in one tier, between themselves the block-modules are connected by through losses from reinforced concrete, and along the slopes of the trench there formed are several input wastes, but not less than two, connecting the block-modules with the ground surface. All block-modules and feedthrough ones are arranged on foundation plate, made of reinforced concrete and fixed to foundation plate by means of anchors. Along the perimeter of the foundation plate, drainage channels are created and connected to a water-reducing installation located on the ground surface; after that, the trench is filled up to the level of the ground surface and a protective screen is made of reinforced concrete above the entire surface of the block modules. After backfilling with sand to full depth of trench and installation of protective screen, the remaining soil removed from trench is used to form additional embankment above protective screen on entire area of screen.
EFFECT: reduced cost of construction and erection works during construction of buried structures in the ground, increased reliability of operation and protection of personnel from enemy weapons, provision of the possibility of quick evacuation in case of extreme situations.
