SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the heating and cooling of residential and office premises. These elements are in contact with a heat sink made from a heat-conducting material that dissipates heat to the outside, one of whose sections is on the outer surface of the door or window. In addition, each of the Peltier elements is covered with a sheet of material with high thermal conductivity, which serves as a heat sink for dissipating heat inside the double-glazed glass unit.

EFFECT: effective functioning without outside influence as elements of the basic climatic installation of a premise in which there are similar doors and windows.
