FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the heating and cooling of residential and office premises. In the method, the glazed windows and / or doors in which there is a plurality of Peltier elements have a frame with fixed part (2') and movable part (2") in which at least one double-glazed glass unit (3) is installed. In the gap present in the double-glazed glass unit, a large number of Peltier elements are installed at its edge, located on movable part (2") of the frame. These elements are in contact with a heat sink made from a heat-conducting material that dissipates heat to the outside, one of whose sections is on the outer surface of the door or window. In addition, each of the Peltier elements is covered with a sheet of material with high thermal conductivity, which serves as a heat sink for dissipating heat inside the double-glazed glass unit.
EFFECT: effective functioning without outside influence as elements of the basic climatic installation of a premise in which there are similar doors and windows.
