FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: jet-pneumatic proportional regulator consists of a movable part, which includes suspended on a gas support plate, input differential pneumatic circuit, reading element in the form of “reading nozzle-gate” type assembly, pneumatic membrane power amplifier, at that, the movable part is the rigidly connected to the gas support two nozzles plate, and the reading element is covered by two nozzles, located before and after the pneumatic membrane power amplifier, forming the regenerative feedback with the gain greater than one.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the sensitivity and speed due to the use of the jet force action on a moving obstacle measuring compensation circuit and of this effect registration using the pneumatic compensation circuit.
