FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analysis of materials by determination of their density, more specifically to automatic sensors of gas analysis, namely, to pneumatic gas density sensor. Pneumatic sensor of gas density contains sensitive element, which reacts to pressure drop caused by difference of density of analyzed and comparative gases, and measuring circuit. Sensitive element consists of plate, suspended on gas support, and reading element in form of unit type "nozzle-gate", enveloped with two nozzles located before and after pneumatic membrane power amplifier, and forming, together with said amplifier and feedback nozzle, a regenerative feedback with amplification factor greater than one, and the measurement circuit consists of differential branches of the comparative gas circuit, in one of which the analyzer gas meter is connected.
EFFECT: high sensitivity and high readings of the sensor.
