FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telescopic mast to be used for lifting and locking the payload at preset height, for example, antenna or optical observation means. It is intended, mainly, for integration with mobile reconnaissance complexes provided with hydraulic drive and control components incorporated with running gear. Said lifter is composed of telescopic two-way hydraulic cylinder with two unions in plunger section for feed of hydraulic fluid. Said telescopic two-way hydraulic cylinder is arranged inside telescopic mast sections, its one end being secured at fixed section bed and second end being anchored at the last moving section bed. Note here that it features total working stroke equal to moving section lift height. Hydraulic locks (controlled check valves) are arranged at union inlets while control channel of every hydraulic lock is connected with opposite hydraulic lock pressure line.

EFFECT: lifting of payload of larger weight, reliable locking of payload at preset height, reliable operation under glaze conditions.
