SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the aviation and aerospace industries and can be used in the production process of aircraft (AC) fairings with a telescopic type elastomeric adhesive joint (seal assembly). Disassembly method of elastomeric adhesive bonding (EAB) of aircraft fairing includes zone heating EAB node with ceramic shell and a metal frame, applying an axial load to the ceramic shell directed from the nose of the fairing to its nose, and removing the shell from the frame, zone heating is carried out uniformly over the entire area of the EAB node to the temperature Te below the temperature of destruction of parts of the design of the fairing Tpr, a quasi-static shear stress is created in the adhesive layer by applying an axial load Pz to the shell lower load destruction of parts of the design of the fairing Ppr, the adhesive layer is kept under these thermal conditions until the EAB is completely destroyed and the joint assembly is disassembled.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the elimination of local (point) overheating, damage, deformation of parts of the disassembled joint and a decrease in the temperature of exposure of the parts during disassembly.
