FIELD: rocket equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering, particularly, to designs of radar-transparent radome of missiles with shells made of heat-resistant inorganic (ceramic) materials, which are a cover from aerodynamic action for antenna devices of homing heads (ADHH). Antenna fairing comprises a ceramic shell, a metal butt frame, a power heat-insulating ring and a domed radar-transparent heat shield arranged inside the shell and attached to the shell, the frame and the ring with a heat-resistant adhesive. Radar-transparent part of the three-layer screen is made of heat-resistant fiberglass, and the heat-insulating power ring made of ceramic material based on quartz glass, silicon nitride or aluminum dioxide, the radar-transparent part of the heat-shielding screen is connected by external layers to the heat-insulating power ring with a heat-resistant adhesive.
EFFECT: creation of operable design of antenna fairing for conditions of increased heating of internal elements of connection unit, which ensures reliability of fairing design in conditions of increased non-stationary aerodynamic action with total duration of not less than 10 minutes.
