SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics. On the fifth day, 10–20 ml of blood is collected from the patient. Plasma is enriched with platelets by centrifugation and immediately thereafter injected into the fracture zone in a volume of 5–10 ml. Procedure is repeated 5 times every 2 days.

EFFECT: method provides an earlier stabilization of the fracture zone due to the formation of full-fledged callus, reduces the risk of developing infectious and non-infectious complications, eliminates the possibility of hydraulic displacement of bone fragments, does not require hospitalization.
