SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to stimulate reparative osteogenesis in the experiment. Osteotomy of the iliac wing crest is performed, then, after 5-7 days, autoregenerate is taken from the osteotomic wound in a volume of 2-10 ml and the defect zone is filled once, after which X-ray control is performed in dynamics until the fracture heals.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the terms of fracture consolidation, eliminate the risk of allergic reactions and reactions associated with graft rejection, due to the use of bone tissue autoregenerate.
