FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery and traumatology, can be applied in treatment of impression fractures of metaepiphyseal parts of tubular bones. Essence of method lies in formation in bone defect cavity of layer from porous titanium nickelide grains. Layer of porous titanium nickelide grains, forming spongy part of implant, is formed according to the thickness of spongy bone layer in defect hollow. After that, monolithic part of implant from porous titanium nickelide is installed onto spongy part. Both parts of implant before installation are preliminarily saturated with platelet-rich autoplasma and antibiotic with volume ratio 1:1. After final reposition of joint surface, fracture is fixed with supporting plate and compressing screws.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to optimise biomechanical characteristics of implant, replacing bone defect, accelerate processes of reparative osteogenesis and reduce terms of functional loading of injured bone.
