SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electricity, in particular to devices for attaching a power cable, for example, when direct laying cable lines on cable structures. In the method, the device for attaching cables contains a clamping element, which is obtained by heat treatment of the initial mixture, including polyurethane with UV-stabilizing and flame retardant additives, while relative to its total mass the composition of the mixture contains not more than 5 mass. % of the UV-stabilizing additive and not more than 5 mass. % of the flame retardant additive, while the UV stabilizing additive is amine or benzophenone.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of consumer properties, improved performance.
