FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be applied to foundations of tanks for storage of oil and its processing products under conditions of seasonal frosts and permanently frozen soils in the Far North. Foundation of reservoir represents prepared soil in form of pad made of medium-grained sand and artificial additive. Artificial additive represents disperse heat-insulating material in form of granulated foamed polystyrene, maximum volume VGSM which in total volume VF foundation pad is determined by the formula VGSM=VF⋅n, where VF – the total volume of the foundation pad, cub. m; n is the maximum volume fraction of the artificial additive in the form of dispersed heat-insulating material in total volume VF of foundation pad.
EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the heat exchange directly between the bottom of the tank and the seasonal frozen and permanently frozen soils in the Far North, to prevent or reduce the thawing of the soil bases and, as a result, to prevent their loss of stability while ensuring the permissible value of relative vertical deformation of foundation reservoir.
