Method of automated information processing for building a distributed control point in the context of the opening and external destructive actions of an attacker includes: entering information into the elements of a distributed control point, distributed information processing, measurement and analysis used by the elements of functioning points and subscribers of the resource of the Unified Energy System of the Russian Federation, measurement of the characteristics of the functioning control points transferred by the elements, the intensity of the output of the elements to the communication, the number and duration of communication sessions, determining the type and duration of telecommunications services provided, assessing the individual characteristics of using the provided telecommunications resource, assessing the attacker's ability to open and influence the elements of operating control points.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in increasing the structural survivability of the distributed control point by increasing the reliability of predicting the number of elements of the distributed control point, which can fail as a result of the opening and external destructive effects of the attacker.
