SUBSTANCE: in the design of radio-electronic and technical systems the evaluation of the performance indicators of their functioning is achieved by simulation: the deployment and operation of a distributed communication network of a higher-level control system at PU of various levels, the transfer of communication network elements (communication nodes) of the higher-level control system at PU of various levels and facilities of a higher-level management, the use of a higher-level system for managing the telecommunication resource of the communication system of the PU and ESE RF, the interaction of the communication network elements (communication nodes) of the higher-level control system at the PU of various levels with technical means of PU of different levels of control.
EFFECT: increase the reliability of evaluation of modeling processes.
