SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of security for terminals. Terminal security device is disclosed, comprising: launcher configured to randomly generate a dynamic password, display a dynamic password on the display interface and launching a speech receiving device; conversion and extraction module adapted to receive voice information, received by the speech receiving device when the user reads a dynamic password on the display interface, convert the voice information into a text password, and extract the voice fingerprint feature of the voice information; and a processing module, configured to: obtain a text password converted by the conversion and extraction module, a voice fingerprint extracted by the conversion and extraction module, and a dynamic password generated by the launch module; and when the text password matches the dynamic password, determine the permission to use the terminal by the user in accordance with the voice fingerprint and the previously stored correspondence between the permission to use the terminal and the voice fingerprint, and setting the display interface to an unlocked or locked state in accordance with a specific permission to use the terminal; or set the display interface to a locked state when the text password is different from a dynamic password, when the text password matches the dynamic password, and the voice fingerprint extracted by the conversion and extraction module, does not exist in the previously stored correspondence between the permission to use the terminal and the voice fingerprint, the processing module is additionally configured to: determine that the permission to use the terminal by the user is a control prohibition; set the display interface to the locked state; deny the user access to all content in the terminal; receive voice information received by the speech receiving device when the user reads a dynamic password on the display interface; send information about the location of the terminal and received voice information to a given contact address and instruct the owner to remotely delete the personal file in the terminal.
