SUBSTANCE: disclosed is service support device. Service support device comprises information processing device (30) configured to deliver key information to mobile terminal (20Aa–20Ad, 20AB). At that, each of several business operators providing vehicle user (10A, 10B) with preset service using vehicle (10A, 10B) corresponds to mobile terminal (20Aa–20Ad, 20AB). Key information is information for unlocking vehicle (10A, 10B), starting vehicle (10A, 10B) or unlocking and starting vehicle (10A, 10B) when transmitting the predetermined transmitted signal to vehicle (10A, 10B). Information processing device (30) is also configured to perform coordination in such a way that when mobile terminal (20Aa–20Ad, 20AB) of a first business operator from several business operators uses key information, mobile terminal (20Aa–20Ad, 20AB) second business operator from several business operators does not use key information. Also disclosed are a method of supporting a service and a machine-readable medium.
