FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Biologically active synergistic composition is proposed which aqueous emulsion includes the bioflavonoid complex of dihydroquercetin, aromadendrin and naringenin, that are taken in a molar ratio of 1.0:0.102–0.104:0.014–0.016, the solvent and the emulsifier. At that arabinogalactan and water-soluble triterpenoids in an amount of 0.3–0.7 % by weight of the aqueous phase are additionally introduced into the aqueous phase of the emulsion, and the bioflavonoid complex is distributed between the oil and water phases in a weight ratio of 5–10:1.
EFFECT: invention is intended for highly efficient seedbed treatment.
