SUBSTANCE: oral care device is proposed, containing elements for cleaning the teeth and an elastomer cleaner of soft tissues. In one aspect, the oral care device comprises a handle and a head connected to the handle, an elastomeric soft tissue cleaner, containing many protrusions extending from the back surface of the head, and many elements for cleaning teeth, passing from the front surface of the head. Projections of the elastomeric soft tissue cleaner together form a convex longitudinal side profile and contain at least one convex transverse upper profile. Plurality of teeth cleaning elements together form a concave longitudinal side profile and contain at least one concave transverse upper profile.
