FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rubber industry and relates to the production of rubber for the manufacture of a tread for pneumatic tires. Rubber mixture contains natural rubber, butadiene rubber, chlorobutyl rubber, obtained by the interaction during the mechanical initiation of the reaction of butyl rubber and chlorinated hydrocarbon of the general formula C4H(2n+2)-xClx, where n = 10–30, x = 7–24 in the temperature range 80–150 °C, sulfur, carbon black, zinc dioxide, oleic acid, captax, sulfenamide C, oil PN-6, N-phenyl-N-isopropyl-para-phenyldiamine.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve the abrasion resistance, dynamic endurance and traction with a wet road surface of the tire tread.
