FIELD: rubber industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing rubber mixtures for making tires and can be used in making tires, rubber and rubber-technical articles. Method involves preparing rubber mixture comprising the following components, mas. p. p.: butadiene rubber with dissolving polymerization, 30-50; copolymer of butadiene with vinylaromatic monomer of emulsion polymerization, 50-70; sulfur, 0.5-1.5; zinc dioxide, 1-5; technical carbon, 40-80; special additives, 8.5-23.0. By the first variant mixture comprises as butadiene rubber of dissolving polymerization block-copolymer of butadiene with styrene of linear structure polystyrene-polybutadiene with mass content of block polystyrene 3-10% and 1,2-links in butadiene moiety, 8-25% in the mass ratio - indicated block-copolymer of butadiene with styrene : copolymer of butadiene = 1:(1.0-2.33). By the second variant and in retention of the same components copolymer of butadiene, styrene and acrylonitrile is added as copolymer of butadiene with vinylaromatic monomer of emulsion polymerization with mass content of bound styrene - 16-20% and bound acrylonitrile - 4-6%, or copolymer of butadiene, styrene and methylmethacrylate with mass content of bound styrene - 11-20% and bound methylmethacrylate - 4-7% in the mass ratio - indicated block-polymer of butadiene with styrene : copolymer of butadiene with vinylaromatic monomer of emulsion polymerization = 1:(1.00-2.33). Rubber mixtures are prepared for two stages. Invention provides enhancing physical-mechanical, dynamic indices of vulcanizates, resistance to wear and cohesion of protective rubber made of the mixture with wet road coating.
