FIELD: centering devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centering devices for installing packers, anchors, and etc. into the production well string. Friction lantern-centralizer includes a housing with connecting threads, a deformable ring with evenly placed dies on the outer surface of the ring. Housing is made with an outer annular groove having annular projections, the ring is made split of solid material and installed in an annular groove with the possibility of radial movement and an emphasis in the expanded state in the annular protrusion of the groove. If the longitudinal length of the dies is less than or equal to the width of the annular projections of the annular groove, the segment of the ring opposite to the section is fixed in the groove with the possibility of radial movement. If the longitudinal length of the dies is greater than the width of the annular protrusions of the annular groove, then in the case across the annular groove there are slots for the dies. Split ring can be made of a polymeric material, inside of which grooves can be made into which inserts of spring steel are installed.
EFFECT: technical result is high reliability of device.
