FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to oil industry and can be used for completion and operation of oil and gas wells. A mechanical packer contains a threadably connected upper mandrel and lower mandrel having a cam slot at its external surface with the longitudinal short and long sections at which the lower anchor bend with a housing is located and to which the lower housing is connected by thread with radial spring-actuated planks inserted into the lower housing; at that in the middle part of the housing there are rectangular windows with centralisers installed in them, spring-actuated radially and pressed by the upper and lower covers fixed in the housing by screws, in the lower part of the housing there is an external circular groove which is used for fixation of a split ring to the lower part of the housing, this split ring has an inner circular groove and an external cylindrical protrusion with a threadably connected lock pin; on the upper mandrel there is a supportive cone resting on the cylindrical protrusion of the lower mandrel and moving along the axis of the upper mandrel; above the supportive cone there is a lower anti-extrusion unit which consists of three metal washers with the inner and outer cone surfaces by which they interact with two polyurethane rings. Over the lower anti-extrusion unit there are three rubber packing seals interacting by conical surfaces while the upper anti-extrusion unit is placed over these surfaces, the upper anti-extrusion unit is similar to the lower one but it is rotated per 180°, the upper anchor bend is placed over it; the latter consists of a set of cup springs placed in the external bushing, a transient cone, the upper housing with planks tied by a spring ring. At the upper housing there is a fixed bushing of the housing which interacts with a coupling fixed by a threaded connection at the upper mandrel.
EFFECT: invention allows improving operating reliability and efficiency of packer during its installation, operation and removal in oil and gas wells.
