SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to veterinary medicine, and can be used for the treatment of urolithiasis in carnivores. To do this, spasmolytic drug – Papaverine – is intramuscularly injected in a dose of 0.1 ml per kg of body weight for 2–3 days. After administration of Papaverine for 2 days in a row, into the bladder through a catheter with an exposure of 2 hours, in a dose of 10 ml, inject an antibacterial drug consisting of Furagin in an amount of not more than 100 mg, which is dissolved in 100 ml of distilled water, filtered through a paper filter and add a 3 % solution of hyaluronic acid in an amount of not more than 3.3 ml. At the same time orally give the drug “KotErvin” in a dose of 2–4 ml 1 time per day for 3–7 days.

EFFECT: method provides high therapeutic efficacy while reducing the duration of treatment.
