FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a node of articulation of rods of a spatial structure. Technical result is achieved by the node of articulation of the rods of the spatial structure, which is made of a fibrous polymer composite material. Site contains rods 1 of square section and fitting 2. Fitting 2 contains double gussets formed by groups of layers of carbon-fiber polymeric composite material of different shape with a quasi-isotropic reinforcement scheme [0/45/0/-45] connected by joining zones of the carbon fiber material. Each piece is directed toward connecting rod 1 and is fixed to one of its sides by means of at least two fastening connections 5.
EFFECT: increase in structural strength in all directions with an increase in the specific stiffness, a decrease in the coefficient of linear thermal expansion and material consumption of manufacture.
