SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerial technology. When manufacturing multilayer aerial reflector, the reflecting and rear trim is thermoformed. The trim is made of layers of fiber reinforcement on the mandrel, and the connection is carried through the aggregate and its cure. This aggregate contains embedded elements and is formed separately from the foaming material. And wherein forming the reflecting and rear trim and their connection between each other and the aggregate, are performed mutually by means of impregnation with an organic binder under pressure.

EFFECT: invention helps to reduce the cycle period, to improve the strength characteristics of the product by obtaining a monolithic structure and the availability of embedded elements.
