FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer composites used in structural units, aircraft and space engineering. Binding agent contains, wt parts: epoxide monomer - N,N,N',N'- tetraglycidyldiamino-3,3'-dichlorodiphenylmethane 100, hardener - 4,4'- diaminodiphenylsulfone 44, fulleren C2n (n at least 30) 0.01-10, open carbon nanopipes 0.1-1.5, and fulleroid multilayer nanomodifier "astralen" 0.5-10. Composite is made by impregnating carbon-, organo-, and glass-fiber filler with above-defined composition.
