SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to cable technology, in particular to manufacture and use of ribbon wires, and can be used in complex radio engineering and electronic systems. Formation of a ribbon conductor geometry is carried out by parallel layout of the wires on the surface, repeating the surface of a particular product with a recess corresponding to the future geometry of a ribbon wire, along the comb, consisting of guide grooves, corresponding to the required number of wires in the produced ribbon wire, as well as providing the necessary turns of wires throughout the entire section, and the formation of a ribbon wire geometry is carried out before applying an underlayer, providing adhesion of the bonding layer to the wires, and the bonding layer, followed by curing and fixation of a three-dimensional shape.

EFFECT: invention provides improved quality and reliability of products when it is used, significantly reduces the time of material delivery, significantly reduces the material cost.
