FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to pharmacology. Proposed pharmaceutical composition comprising 1,3-dimethyl-5-carboxyuracyl and glycyrrhizinic acid in a molar ratio of components 1,3-dimethyl-5-carboxyuracyl:glycyrrhizinic acid, equal to 1:2, with a pronounced stimulating effect on reparative regeneration of epithelial, nervous and bone tissues.
EFFECT: creation of a drug for reparative regeneration of epithelial, nervous and bone tissues, while the area of damage to epithelial tissue was reduced by 63,9 % in contrast to the independent use of 1,3-dimethyl-5-carboxyuracyl or glycyrrhizinic acid (they did not show significant improvements against the control – an untreated burn injury); expansion of the spectrum of drugs used in the clinic.
