FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and device of welding sheet metal products. According to the method, the light system is placed in an ellipsoidal reflector and provided with a focusing lens. In one focus of the reflector is placed a translucent flask. In the second focus place the place of contact of two transparent rolls. Translucent flask is cooled with a translucent coolant. Device contains reflectors, the cross section of which along translucent flasks is made in the form of an ellipsoid and provided with a focusing lens. In one focus of the reflectors are translucent flasks, in the second focus – the place of contact of two translucent rolls, and the translucent flasks themselves are equipped with flow translucent heat exchangers with a translucent coolant.
EFFECT: method of welding sheet metal products and a device for its implementation are proposed.
