SUBSTANCE: using for analytical control of the elemental (chemical) composition of various solid, liquid and powder samples. Summary of invention comprises in universal automated X-ray fluorescence analyzer that includes a housing, a vacuum chamber, X-ray tube, semiconductor detector, multichannel amplitude pulse analyzer, measuring chamber with sample feed mechanism and automatic control system, while the analyzer is equipped with a spectrometric unit, which includes a vacuum chamber equipped with linear-rotating elements to ensure changes in the geometry of the X-ray optical axes of the X-ray tube and semiconductor detector, compact X-ray tube with built-in high-voltage power supply up to 10 W and control and diagnostics system, semiconductor detector and multichannel amplitude pulse analyzer, spectrometric unit is sealed and equipped with a thermoelectric temperature stabilization unit for all electronic components, while the vacuum chamber has a volume of 0.3÷0.7 dm3 and is equipped with a window diameter of 25÷35 mm, closed radiolucent film, and in the window of the vacuum chamber a circular grid of low-absorbing carbon fiber X-ray radiation is installed, and the automatic control system of the analyzer is equipped with an operator panel and a subsystem for automatic formation of the measurement environment in the vacuum chamber, and the sample sample feeder is equipped with an actuator to clamp the measuring cell to the window of the vacuum chamber.

EFFECT: providing opportunities to improve the reliability of the analyzer, improve the accuracy and reliability of the results of analysis, improve the ease of maintenance of the analyzer and reduce analysis time, as well as expanding the scope of the analyzer.
