FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering, in particular to drilling rigs for operational and exploratory drilling of oil and gas wells. Derrick-winch unit with a built-in device for lifting the tower includes a two-support tower, spars with supports that are connected to the legs of the tower by means of hinged supports, the pulley-block system, the rope of which is passed through the crown-block and the pulley-block. Built-in device for raising and lowering the tower includes two gantries with bypass rollers, interconnected by a horizontal beam with the formation of a U-shaped truss, a tallest system for raising the tower connected to a traveling block, a sliding portal mechanism with a damper. Portals are hinged to the side members and legs of the tower. Horizontal beam in the middle part is equipped with a bypass roller. Lower hinge nodes of the portal are rigidly interconnected with the formation of a truss in the form of a triangle in the plan. Portal pull-out mechanism with a damper is made in the form of a rotary stop connected to the portal hinge at the extreme from the tower with the possibility of interaction with the lower end of the portal and the portal turning around the other lower hinge limited by the rotary stop and two hinges with a spar below. On the extreme side of the support tower, the portal is equipped with a cylinder with a rod, which are connected by means of hinges with a portal and a spar.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the installation capacity.
