SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely, devices for cutting windows in a casing string, and can be used to guide radial shafts from vertical, directional and horizontal wells. Device contains a landing site on which the guide assembly is supported, that is connected to the rotation assembly to which the recoverable wedge assembly with the milling cutters is attached. Seat assembly contains a landing sleeve with a screw one half turn, a supporting end surface, that passes into a keyway, the guide assembly contains hooks, a key and a guide sleeve with a screw half turn, the supporting end surface. Rotation assembly contains a rotating sleeve, where the rotating shaft with the pin is inserted with the possibility of movement in the axial direction. Pin ends symmetrically protrude from the shaft and enter the shaped groove of the rotary sleeve. Recoverable wedge assembly comprises a housing with a wedge fixed in it. Body is provided with a cap through which the bar with the cutter passes. Stop and support are fixed on the rod, their outer diameters are larger than the through hole in the cap.

EFFECT: costs are reduced when milling several windows in the casing of a well by reducing the number of tripping operations, the manufacturability of such operations is improved, the equipment can be reused, and the reliability of the device is increased.
