FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rare metals metallurgy. Eudialyte concentrate processing method includes the concentrate preliminary mechanical activation and the subsequent hydrometallurgical processing. Pre-processing is carried out to the total amount of absorbed by eudialyte energy in the form of the coherent scattering surface and micro deformations regions of at least 800 kJ/mol. Hydrometallurgical processing is carried out in two stages, at that, in the first stage alkaline treatment is carried out with 40 % NaOH solution at a temperature of 120 °C, L:S of not more than 10:1 and the treatment duration of at least 8 hours, and the obtained after alkaline treatment in the second stage precipitate is treated with the hydrochloric acid CHCl=30–36 % at a temperature of 90 °C, L:S = 10:1, for 1 h.
EFFECT: enabling the alkaline treatment temperature reduction.
