SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electronics. Light emitting device includes a substrate having a first major surface that serves as a light-emitting surface, the second main surface, which is opposite to the first main surface, and the mounting surface, which is adjacent to at least the second main surface and which is provided with an insulating base material, a pair of interconnecting pins located on the second main surface and a heat-retaining terminal disposed on the second main surface and between the pair of interconnecting pins; light emitting element, which is mounted on the first main surface of the substrate; and a sealing element that seals the light-emitting element and is formed substantially in the same plane as the substrate on the mounting surface.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the heat sink and simplify installation.
