SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the air, sea and land objects detection systems, as well as for determining of their range, speed under conditions of increased secrecy and noise immunity, based on the radio waves radiation and the registration of their reflections from objects. This result is achieved by the use of a signal that represents a package of noise-modulated pulses of random duration, which are received only at the moments when they are not transmitted. Due to the signal noise nature, the RRS operation detection is difficult and can only be performed by the average noise level in the given frequency band.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the zero mark elimination by drastic increase in the isolation between the receiving and transmitting paths.
