FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the metallurgy, in particular to the made of alloyed steels parts chemical-heat treatment methods, and can be used in machine building for the machines parts surface hardening, including working in friction pairs, cutting tools and die tooling parts. Alloy steel part chemical heat treatment method comprises the part surface activation before the chemical heat treatment, the part placement in the working chamber, the working saturation medium feeding into the chamber, heating the part to the chemical heat treatment temperature and holding at this temperature until the diffusion layer required thickness formation. Activation of the part surface before chemical heat treatment is carried out by the jet-dynamic treatment with balls in two stages, at which treatment is first carried out with balls with a diameter of 1.5–2.0 mm at the compressed air pressure of 0.3–0.5 MPa for 3–4 min, and then with balls with a diameter of 0.6–0.8 mm at the compressed air pressure of 0.2–0.3 MPa for 1–2 minutes. In the invention particular embodiments, the part chemical heat treatment is carried out by the ion-plasma method, namely, by ion-plasma nitriding, or by ion-plasma cementation, or by ion-plasma nitro cementation.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the chemical heat treatment performance and quality, as well increase in the parts wear resistance after the chemical heat treatment.
