FIELD: space engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to ground tests of multi-link non-rigid space structures operating in zero gravity. When testing combine operations for weight compensation and coordinate-wound excitation – with the help of electrodynamic force-exciters (EF) – forced oscillations of the suspended component of the structure. For the kinematic support of the point of application of the exciting force, three independent kinematic platforms are used, on the moving parts of which the indicated EF are installed. Controller, according to the readings of the sensors of the relative displacement of the anchors and the stators of the EF, controls the movements of the platforms so that the specified displacement is practically absent (minimal). In addition to alternating current (to excite vertical oscillations), an additional direct current (for unweighing the link) is fed to the vertical EF windings of the EF stator.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing static weightlessness and easing restrictions on degrees of freedom during the excitation of three-dimensional vibrations of the tested structures.
