SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Device comprises frame (1) with deep-ripper (2) installed on it. Behind deep-ripper (2) to frame (1) in horizontal plane two bars (3) are attached symmetrically at a certain angle to the direction of movement. On bars (3) from the inner side, at an equal distance from each other, axes with fixed pivotally needle-shaped disks (4) are installed at an acute angle. On the ends of bars (3) are attached the leashes with disk (5) placed on the axis. Disk has cutouts on the periphery and rotates in a vertical plane passing through the center axis of the device.

EFFECT: destruction of the plow sole, the peeling of the surface layer of the soil and the vertical mulching of the subsoil horizon with plant elements is ensured.
