FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for separating suspensions into liquid and solid phases using centrifugal forces, namely, filtering centrifuges with vibratory discharge of sediment, and can be used in chemical, food and other industries. Vibrating centrifuge consists of body (1), working body (3), inside which magnets are installed parallel to its generator, drive rotational movement of the working body from motor of rotation (8) and the vibratory drive of the working body in a vertical plane from a flat linear induction motor. Inductors (11) of a linear asynchronous motor are rigidly fixed to base (2), and the rotor is ring (12), movable and spring-loaded in a vertical plane. Ring (12) is made of metal with high electrical conductivity, is rigidly connected to working body (3) and has symmetric through holes (13) not smaller than the size of the working surface of one inductor (11).
EFFECT: reduced material consumption and increased centrifuge reliability.
