FIELD: separation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to separators intended for separating, primarily grain materials, and can be used in milling, chemical, and other branches of industry. A linear asynchronous electric drive for a vibration centrifugal separator consisting of a body, a working element, a rotary motion drive of the working element from a rotation engine and a vibration drive of the working element in the vertical plane from a flat linear asynchronous electric engine, the inductors whereof are rigidly fixed on the base, and the rotor thereof in the form of a ring with symmetrical through holes is movable and spring-loaded in the vertical plane, made of metal with high electrical conductivity, and rigidly connected with the working element. Spring-loaded arc-shaped plates made of the same material as the ring are located on the guides in the through symmetrical holes of the ring, configured to move in the vertical plane.

EFFECT: increase in the power characteristics of the drive for increasing the efficiency of separation.
