FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separators intended for separation of grain materials into size fractions, and can be used at breeding stations, elevators, in farms, factories for production of seeds and cereals, as well as in flour-grinding, mixed feed, chemical and other industries. Vibration centrifugal separator consists of housing, working member, drive of rotary movement of working member from rotation motor and vibration drive of working member in vertical plane from flat linear asynchronous motor, inductors of which are rigidly fixed on the base, and its rotor is a ring with symmetrical through holes, movable and spring-loaded in vertical plane, made of metal with high electrical conductivity, rigidly connected to working member. On the rotor through symmetric holes are made in several levels, opposite to which there are inductors of the linear induction motor. Holes on the levels are shifted relative to each other. Height of one hole is not less than height of working surface of one inductor.
EFFECT: provision for control of oscillation frequency of a working member of a vibratory-centrifugal separator without changing its rotation frequency and replacement of functional elements of a drive during its operation, as well as improvement of manufacturability of the installation.
