SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cosmetology and plastic surgery. Subcutaneous subdermal layer of the skin is made under the cutting edge of a needle with a diameter of 21 G. In addition, correction is made with polydioxanone threads in the area of the paint bag in the direction perpendicular to the cheek-zygomatic sulcus. Correction of the remaining depression in the area of the cheek-zygomatic sulcus is performed using plasmagel, which is obtained from the patient's own blood plasma, enriched with platelet growth factors, by treatment with a temperature of 70 °C, followed by lowering the temperature to 36.6 °C.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the cosmetic effect, and also increases the duration of the cosmetic result.
