SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a salt-free composition of an anti-TFPI antibody for treating hemophilia A or hemophilia B in a patient, including histidine, non-ionic surfactant, sugar or sugar alcohol, arginine, lysine or alanine, methionine and human IgG₂ anti-TFPI antibody, containing a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, and a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2. Where said composition has a pH value that ranges from pH 4.0 to pH 6.0 and where this composition is substantially free of inorganic salts. Group of inventions also relates to a method of treating hemophilia A or hemophilia B in a patient, comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of the composition.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides high solubility and stability of the anti-TFPI antibody in the composition.
