FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the open-pit mining of cryolithozones deposits. Method includes the preparation of the earth's surface, mining and capital works, mining and preparatory work, stripping and mining operations, technological processes in the quarry: preparation of rocks for excavation (drilling, loading, blasting), excavation and loading operations, movement of rock (transport of overburden and minerals), dumping and forming blocks ACA in the process of preparing the next horizon. For the simultaneous irradiation of the shadow slopes of the ACA blocks by solar radiation, modular structures with surfaces with high reflectivity are used, which are placed and fixed with the possibility of their rotation and tilting to regulate the direction of the luminous flux on the upper platform of the adjacent ACA block or the upper surface of the ledge along the contour of the quarry on the sunny side.
EFFECT: technical result is the intensification of heat and mass transfer processes in blocks of active climatic action (ACA), the acceleration of their defrosting and the reduction of the cost of mining.
