FIELD: mineral deposits development.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of mineral deposits, namely permafrost alluvial deposits, and can be used in the mining industry in the development of permafrost placers with thawing. The method for developing permafrost alluvial deposits includes the opening of developed reserves, thawing a section of the mining landfill by flooding with a reagent and mining of thawed sands with excavation and transportation to the hopper of a washing plant, subsequent enrichment and dumping, while the landfill is divided into multi-level central 5 and peripheral 6 sectors, alternately filled with a reagent 7, by means of intersectoral pillars 3 so that the size of the recess of the peripheral 6 sectors is not less than the thickness of the reagent 7 on the thawed central 5 sector, for which the central 5 sector is filled with reagent 7 and after thawing is worked out to permafrost, after the reagent 7 is drained through the formed in the intersectoral pillars 3 locks 8 to the lower peripheral 6 sectors, and the level of working out of the central 5 sector reaches below the thawed peripheral 6 sectors, after thawing of which the reagent 7 is lowered back to the spent central 5 sector and the last one-time mining of thawed peripheral 6 sectors. Further mining of the landfill is carried out by alternate thawing and layer-by-layer mining of sectors until the sands are completely worked out and reagent 7 is utilized.

EFFECT: invention is directed to the intensification of the development of frozen sands at the mining site by alternately thawing and layer-by-layer removal of the thawed layer of sands in different sectors of the landfill.
