SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the compound of formula I, wherein n is equal to 1. Compound of formula I is obtained by dissolving the inner salt of 3-methylcarbonyloxy-4-methylthiazole in methanol, followed by dropwise addition of ethyl acetate and allowing the mixture to stand to obtain single crystals. Inner salt of 3-methylcarbonyloxy-4-methylthiazole (compound B) is obtained by reacting compound A with 1,2-epoxypropane, where in the structure of compound A X represents chlorine, bromine or iodine. Compound of formula I is intended to obtain a product, such as a drug for treating and/or facilitating and/or preventing, and/or adjuvant therapy of a disease or disorder associated with aging proteins; wherein said disease or disorder associated with aging proteins being selected from the following i) diabetes; ii) hypertension; and iii) hypertension associated with diabetes. Compound of formula I is also intended to obtain a destroyer of cross-linked proteins, a drug for destroying the final product of advanced glycation, a drug for reducing plasma BNP content and/or plasma MCP-1 levels, a drug for improving cardiovascular system in sclerosis or a drug for increasing the therapeutic sensitivity in the case of diabetes or cardiovascular disease.

EFFECT: according to the invention the compound is intended for use in a method for destroying advanced glycation end-product (AGE) in vivo or in vitro, characterized in that it comprises the step of using or administering an effective amount of the compound of formula I according to paragraph 1.
